How to do a Bear Crawl

Stance: Hands and toes touching ground, hips in the air.
  1. Move one leg and the opposite arm forward.
  2. Switch by moving your other leg and opposite arm forward.
  3. Keep your hips high and back flat.

Modification Options

  • Practice by just taking a step or two at a time, slowly adding an additional step as the movement becomes easier.
